Description

I've read an APH fan-comic story about Feliciano(Italy) and Ludwig(Germany) before, which depicted a different Feliciano. In that story, there is a kind of perceptual sentiment behind his smiling. I'm inspired by this character portraying, but unfortunately, I can't accurately remeber the name of that story! Truely regret!(TOT)
